For either method: Use 1–2 tsp per cup of water.
Pour hot water 200°F / 93°C over herbs.
Quick Infusion: Cover and steep 5–10 minutes.
Long Infusion: Let it steep overnight.
Sweeten with honey or lemon if desired.
Herbs can be re-steeped once for a lighter cup.
Consider watering plants with cooled leftover tea and composting tea leaves.
